Abstract
Following a recommendation from our three-year evaluation of the ForestWatch automated smoke-detection system, we installed the ForestWatch system on the Athabasca Fire Lookout near Hinton, Alberta so the wildfire dispatch office in Edson could monitor the Brule Dunes west of Hinton. We documented system reliability and as user-identified suggestions for improvements.
